He spent 4 years coaching at the University of Southern California (USC) as the assistant quarterback coach. During that era, the Trojans highest ranking was #1 in the nation. Sebastian assisted USC with their win at the Las Vegas Bowl, ending in a 10-4 record, and ranked 19th in the country.
Sebastian was mentored under coaches Lane Kiffin, Clay Helton, Tommie Robinson, and Tee Martin. He spent most of his time at USC working with the quarterbacks though he did spend time working with receivers and running backs as well.
He has worked with players such as Matt Barkley (Arizona Cardinals), Cody Kessler (USC), Max Wittek (Hawaii), Max Browne (USC), Kenny Potter (San Jose State) Marqise Lee (Jacksonville Jaguars) and John White (Edmonton Eskimos). He has worked with quarterbacks and receivers of all ages from pop warner to the NFL.
Prior to USC, he was the running back coach at LA Harbor College producing all conference players as well as a JC All-American.
Coach Bass recognizes that each athlete is unique and everyone has different goals in mind. With that said, every training session is curtailed to meet the athletes individual needs, with the overarching goal of helping them reach their ultimate potential.
